Access control
BrokerPlan supports role-based access controls so administrators can separate administrative capabilities from the day-to-day access provided to brokers, agents, clients and collaborators.
Authentication and session protection
The application uses authenticated sessions and security controls intended to limit unauthorized access. Public marketing pages are served with restrictive browser security headers.
Controlled external collaboration
External participants can be given limited access to relevant information rather than broad internal access, supporting collaboration while preserving separation of sensitive brokerage data.
Encryption and infrastructure
BrokerPlan is delivered over HTTPS. Production infrastructure and data services are configured with safeguards appropriate for hosted business applications.
Backups and auditability
Operational backups and audit-oriented records support recovery and accountability for important system activity.
